Dr. Dinh-Lam Pham is a Research Professor at Kyonggi University, South Korea. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science from Thai Nguyen University in 2008 and 2010, respectively, and his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Kyonggi University in 2021.
His research interests include Process Intelligence, Business Process Management, Process Mining, Workflow Management Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and Digital Transformation. His research focuses on the collection, modeling, analysis, monitoring, and optimization of process data and operational workflows using process-oriented and AI-based approaches.
Dr. Pham has authored and co-authored research papers published in international journals and conference proceedings in the areas of process management, process analysis, workflow systems, artificial intelligence, and intelligent data processing. He has also participated in academic research projects and international research collaborations related to process engineering and AI applications.
