Dr. Vahideh Baradaran-Rafiee is an Associate Professor of Marketing at University Canada West. Her research focuses on artificial intelligence in marketing, education, and customer experience, with particular attention to responsible AI adoption, human–AI interaction, and AI-enabled decision-making. She has led and collaborated on interdisciplinary projects involving generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation, natural language processing, and AI-supported healthcare and administrative solutions. Through her teaching, research, and academic leadership, Dr. Baradaran-Rafiee is committed to advancing the ethical, practical, and human-centred application of artificial intelligence in Canada.
